Q. What should I expect when signing up?

A. Before Christy can design your exercise program, she will set up an initial consultation or discovery phone call. The consultation (for in person clients) will include a conversation with the trainer to discuss your personal fitness and health goals, as well as your starting measurements (height, weight, age, body circumference, and body fat percentage). The fitness assessment will measure your muscular strength endurance and cardiovascular ability.

The discovery phone call or video chat (for online clients) will be scheduled with Christy so that you will be able to get to know her, ask any questions, and find out more about the online training experience.

Don’t stress! This is meant to be exciting; remember, this is the start of your health and fitness journey!

Q. Where is CND Fitness based out of?

A. CND Fitness is based out of Orange County, California. Online training is available to those in the area and all throughout the United States.

Q. Do I need prior fitness experience?

A. Absolutely not! We welcome fitness beginners as well as fitness experts, and everyone in between. We desire to help you reach your individual goals, whether you’re working out for the first time or you’re an experienced fitness enthusiast looking to maintain or improve your current fitness level.

Q. Where are my training sessions going to be located?

A. Online training clients: Since youe training is online, you can train wherever you are located, wether you workout at home or at the gym. You can even take your training on the go if you need to go on a buisness trip or vacation (VERY optional, only If you wish to workout during vacation).

In person clients: We are fortunate to have access to a training facility that provides a functional and welcoming workout environment. For privacy reasons, more details on the exact location of the training facility are disclosed in your training informational packet.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. For in person clients: We require a 24-hour notice prior to your training session. If we receive your cancellation within 24-hours of your session time, it will be forfeited, with an exception to personal/family emergencies, sickness, or other circumstances that are out of your control (at discretion of the trainer). Of course, you can always reschedule and makeup the session at a later date.

For online clients: If you are a reoccuring month to month client, and have not purchased a package plan, we require 30 days notice prior to cancelling your training. However, is there is an unforseen circumstance requiring you to cancel without 30 days notice, that will be be taken into consideration by your trainer. If you have purchased a package plan and decide to cancel before your commitment period is over, the remaining cost of your plan will not be refunded (with the exception of an extreme change in circumstance for the client, to be decided at the trainer’s discretion).

Q. How much does training cost?

A. Pricing varies depending on whether in person training or online training is chosen. Pricing also varies if the client decides to pay a reoccuring monthly price, or if the client decides to purchase a package plan for either in person or online training. Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We will accept payment through Stripe or PayPal payment platforms. We do not accept personal checks and we do not accept American Express.

For in person clients ONLY: payment in the form of cash is also acceptable.
